At BodyByAmi, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
